REGISTRATION

 

Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.

 

To register, you first need to create a user account. If you already have a user account (e.g. because you have submitted an abstract), you can log in to Converia with your login and password and register. Please note that registration is not considered complete until the conference fees have been received on the conference account.

Deadline for early bird registration: June 30, 2023.

The registration fees cover the participation, coffee breaks, dinner on August 30, field trip on August 31 and guided city tour on September 1, 2023.

 

Cancellation

For cancellations of the conference participation received until 31 July 2023, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 25.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 July 2023.

Notification of cancellation must be sent per e-mail to Kathrin Drechsel.
